W.I.N. Committee (Women in the NAACP)
Empowering Women. Elevating Families. Advancing Justice
The W.I.N. Committee of the ATL NAACP Branch uplifts and advances the leadership of women while addressing civil rights issues that directly affect women and children. Rooted in the NAACP’s legacy of advocacy, W.I.N. creates space for women to lead with purpose, influence policy, and strengthen communities through collective action.
Women have always been at the heart of movements for justice. The W.I.N. Committee builds on that tradition by focusing on issues such as health equity, economic empowerment, education access, and family stability. Through advocacy, education, and service, the committee amplifies women’s voices and ensures their perspectives shape solutions at the local level.
By fostering mentorship, collaboration, and civic engagement, W.I.N. empowers women across generations to grow as leaders and change-makers. Our work supports not only individual success, but also the well-being of families and neighborhoods throughout Atlanta.
