The M.E.N. Committee of the ATL NAACP Branch is dedicated to grooming young men and adult males into confident, responsible leaders who are committed to service, integrity, and community uplift. Through mentorship, leadership development, and positive engagement, the committee provides guidance and support that help participants reach their full potential.
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by men and boys in our communities, the M.E.N. Committee creates safe, supportive spaces for learning, growth, and accountability. We focus on reinforcing positive identity, emotional intelligence, and life skills while connecting participants with role models who lead by example in their families, careers, and communities.
