Building Legacy, Excellence, and Equity Through the Arts

Dr. Tiffany S. Mingo, Ed.D. is a creative arts leader, curriculum strategist, and dance educator with more than 20 years of experience advancing arts education across public and private sectors.

She specializes in curriculum design, arts integration, teacher development, and program evaluation, with a proven record of strengthening academic achievement through creative learning. Dr. Mingo holds a doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction from Argosy University, along with advanced degrees in teaching, learning, and arts integration, and a bachelor’s degree in dance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

She currently serves as Dance Director at Carver STEAM Academy and has held leadership roles at Tri-Cities High School and Maynard H. Jackson High School, where she helped expand access to high-quality arts programming.

As Executive Director of the I Am Arts Community Partnership and Founder of the I Am Arts Foundation—now celebrating ten years of service—Dr. Mingo is deeply committed to providing equitable, excellence-driven arts education. She believes the arts are a powerful tool for creativity, empowerment, and lasting community change.
