Building Partnerships. Strengthening Communities. Creating Collective Impact

The Community Coordination Committee of the ATL NAACP Branch is dedicated to building strong, strategic partnerships with community organizations, advocacy groups, faith institutions, and civic leaders to address issues affecting African Americans and other communities of color. The committee recognizes that lasting change happens through collaboration and shared action.

By aligning resources, expertise, and voices, the Community Coordination Committee helps amplify advocacy efforts and avoid duplication of work. The committee serves as a connector—bringing organizations together to address critical issues such as education equity, economic justice, public safety, health disparities, and housing stability across Atlanta.

Through coordinated initiatives, joint programming, and coalition building, the committee strengthens the NAACP’s ability to respond to community needs. Our work ensures that community-driven solutions are informed, inclusive, and impactful, advancing equity and opportunity for all.
